    Abstract

    En el siguiente articulo hablaremos de los principios del sistema oralidad, que concibe al juez como un sujeto completamente separado de las partes, totalmente neutro, toma al juicio como una batalla entre partes iguales que inicia con la acusación, a esta compete la carga de la prueba, y se enfrenta a la defensa, en un juicio contradictorio, oral y público, el cual se resuelve por el juez según su libre conocimiento El sistema acusatorio tanto en su parte orgánica como procesal consagra principios inamovibles por cuales hace que el sistema acusatorio sea una polea, son estos principios los que regirán en todo proceso penal buscando eficacia, rapidez, mejores resultados y satisfacción ciudadana, pero sobre todo garantizar los derechos de las partes y el debido proceso
