    Abstract

    La investigación criminal permite el esclarecimiento de las conductas punibles y contribuye a la administración de justicia; con la adopción del nuevo sistema penal acusatorio ley 906 de 2004 y con los protocolos establecidos por la policía nacional el apoyo técnico científico y con la ayuda de los investigadores se permite la identificación, individualización y judicialización de el o los presunto responsables del presunto homicidio caso de Cajamarca Tolima. Se utilizó como ciencia auxiliar de la criminalística, la balística forense que permitió determinar la clase de proyectil utilizado, los danos causados por el mismo, la posible trayectoria, la dirección y posible distancia de disparo; la dactiloscopia forense permitió la identificación del occiso, como la identificación del presunto autor material de los hechos, por las huellas latentes halladas y cotejadas en la evidencia física encontrada en la quebrada San Luis sector esperanza lugar donde se halló el cuerpo sin vida del señor Manuel arias
