El lugar a intervenir se encuentra localizado en la UPZ 81 Gran Britalia, al costado Sur-Oriental del Portal Américas que corresponde al espacio entre las calles 44 sur, Calle 54 Sur y carreras 86 y 81 h. El proyecto, tiene como objetivo desarrollar urbanísticamente el sector en estudio haciendo que el parque las margaritas se convierta en un elemento tejedor entre los barrios Villa Andrea, Carmelo y Gran Britalia y que de esta forma pueda mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, por otro lado y mediante la aplicación de herramientas normativas se pretende generar un impacto en la reducción del déficit cuantitativo y cualitativo a nivel zonal a través del fortalecimiento de los procesos de consolidación del territorio, aplicando estrategias de planeación y gestión del territorio. Para lograr lo anteriormente propuesto, se intervendrá el parque zonal las Margaritas y sus bordes eliminando las tensiones existentes entre los barrios: Villa Andrea, Carmelo, y Gran Britalia, dicha intervención tendrá la participación de agentes públicos y privados los cuales pretenden impulsar la transformación del sector en un espacio funcional y sostenible, que le permitirá consolidarse como un hilo central con una proyección de desarrollo a 10 años generando en la periferia la atracción al desarrollo de nuevos proyectos influenciados en este.
Abstract
The place to intervene is located in the UPZ 81 Gran Britalia, to the southeast of the Portal Americas side which corresponds to the space between the South Street 44, 54 South Street and carriers 86 and 81 h. The aim of the project is focus on the development of an urban way in the sector study and to become the Margaritas Park into a waver element between the neighborhoods of Villa Andrea, Carmelo and Gran Britalia and improve the life quality in its inhabitants at the same time. On the other hand, it will be possible through the application of policy tools which will generate an impact on the reduction in the quantitative and qualitative deficit at zonal level. Finally, it will use a consolidation process which will strengthen of the territory applying strategies of planning and land management. In order to achieve the previous proposal the zonal Park Las Margaritas and its edges will be intervening. At the same time, it will eliminate tensions between neighborhoods; Villa Andrea, Carmelo and Gran Britalia. This intervention will count with the participation of public and private agents which pretend to promote the transformation of the sector and become it in a sustainable and functional space it will allow to consolidate it as a central landmark with ten years of development of projection generating the attraction to new projects.
