    Abstract

    El clima organizacional es una herramienta que las organizaciones cada vez están adaptando más una ventaja competitiva ante una economía globalizada, los constantes cambios y actualizaciones de nuevas tecnologías obligan a las empresas a generar nuevas formas de innovación. Sin embargo, la innovación surge por las personas y por esta razón Chiavenato afirma que “las personas constituyen el activo más importante de las organizaciones”. En este trabajo se pretende identificar la necesidad de establecer un clima organizacional adecuado en la empresa Comercializadora Internacional Mac realizando un diagnóstico de su estado actual donde será posible identificar las diferentes variables que lo afectan y los aspectos a mejorar para fortalecer aquellas debilidades, con el fin de estructurar un plan de mejoramiento aumentando la satisfacción laboral, productividad y desarrollo de los colaboradores.
