Propuesta desde una perspectiva urbano regional para una operación estrategica integral en el municipio de Uribia-Bahia Honda-Guajira

Abstract

The offer is the intervention in Deep Bay, the Municipality of Uribía - Guajira, for his characteristics, physical, geographical, environmental and historical, of a forgotten culture and with big social affectations, and the environmental impact that exists for the mining activities of the Cerrejón in Port Bolivar; which carries to a lack of investment in the region for the evil use of the natural resource that it affects to a great extent to the development of the zone and diminishes the cost of the soil in comparison of other cities, which have a significant advance to level of infrastructure. There appears a design of strategic integral operation; in a perimeter limited with an area of 575Ha; who is in abandon, with high indexes of vulnerability of the territory as for physical, environmental, economic and social factors. This suffers to a series of problematic that concerns largely the zone of intervention. Therefore to mitigate this situation, one proposes a design to strengthen the zone, which optimizes the social, economic and cultural development, with an offer of design that improves the quality of life of his inhabitants, implementing housings with better conditions of the existing ones, infrastructure of public domiciliary services, road mesh, a network of equipments that replace the needs both of his settlers and of future visitors, public space with air of active and passive recreation for the integration of the company and the environment, zones of trade and hotelier. The utilization of the maritime connection of the Carib and the ferreous route, in order to consolidate the region for Cartagena, Barranquilla, Holy Martha doing an integration up to Deep Bay.
