    Abstract

    Por medio de la investigación realizada, se presenta un Plan de Marketing Estratégico para la empresa MR TOPOGRAFÍA LTDA, con el fin de mejorar su reconocimiento y obtener comercialización de los servicios de topografía de cada vez más calificados, generando confiabilidad para lograr ubicarla como la empresa líder e innovadora y de calidad en la ciudad de Bogotá. La empresa se encuentra legalmente constituida en la Cámara y Comercio de Bogotá y ha venido desempeñando sus funciones de una manera pasiva, sus servicios están enfocados en el sector de la topografía permitiendo a la población tener opciones para el mejoramiento de calidad de vida, brindándoles confiabilidad en la calidad de cada uno de los servicios. La investigación realizada para la empresa antes mencionada se desarrolla mediante el método de investigación descriptiva, para la cual se desarrollará estudio de mercados utilizando como instrumento la encuesta para los clientes, también se hará un análisis de matrices empresariales que llevaran a plantear estrategias que permitan mantener la empresa en un alto nivel de audiencia y reconocimiento dentro de la ciudad de Bogotá.
