Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación se centra en plantear un piloto de metodología de seguimiento a los planes especiales de manejo y protección, empleados en los centros históricos de Colombia, tomando como caso del estudio el centro histórico de la ciudad de Tunja (Boyacá). Para este estudio se ha hecho una revisión del documento (PEMP) a partir del diagnóstico y formulación enfocado en el análisis de los planteamientos que se hacen en los proyectos responden a las problemáticas que se señalaron en el diagnostico planteado, se aclara que la investigación se plantea de acuerdo al aspecto físico-espacial, teniendo en cuenta que el PEMP reúne otra serie de aspectos, como financiero, administrativo, los cuales se citan de ser necesario, pero no se van a profundizar. Como resultado de ese análisis se plantea construir un piloto de metodología de seguimiento al PEMP, el cual se sustenta a partir de una ficha, que funcione como un insumo que facilite el control y seguimiento de los proyectos
Abstract
The present research project focuses on setting up a pilot methodology for monitoring the special management and protection plans used in historic centers in Colombia. Taking as case of the study the historical center of the city of Tunja (Boyacá). Study for which a review of the document (PEMP) has been done based on the diagnosis and formulation focused on the ones to see if the approaches that are made in the projects, respond to the problems that were pointed out in the diagnosis presented, it is clarified that The research is based on the physical-spatial aspect, taking into account that the PEMP brings together other aspects, such as financial, administrative, which are cited if necessary, but are not going to be deepened so that research proposes to build A pilot of methodology of follow-up to the PEMP, which is based on a tab, that works as an input that facilitates the control and monitoring of the projects.
