El proyecto de grado presentado, habla sobre uno de los mayores problemas para los estudiantes de nivel superior extranjeros, así como los que proceden del interior del país y se instalan en Bogotá, alojamiento digno y que cuente con todos los aspectos para brindar una estadía cómoda, y con calidad de vida a los usuarios. En el mismo, se habla sobre la importancia y factibilidad de un proyecto de este tipo de contexto universitario con el que cuenta el sector de la candelaria, tanto por la cantidad de posibles residentes que puedan requerir los servicios de la vivienda universitaria.
Abstract
The degree project presented talks about one of the biggest problems for foreign top-level students, as well as those who come from the interior of the country and settle in Bogota, decent accommodation and that has all the aspects to provide a comfortable stay , And with quality of life to users. In the same, it is spoken about the importance and feasibility of a project of this type of university context that counts on the sector of the candelaria, so much by the amount of possible residents that can require the services of the university housing.
