All these contributions should see reflected in the development of mechanisms and implementation of tools that contribute ideas to improve this perception, so you may establish work plans prior based on the knowledge gained in the academy, so you may execute plans action against the policies of the national government in the implementation of laws which today are established to provide solutions to the Colombian population taking into account the peace process, which is advancing in the city of Havana by government and the armed group of the "FARC" in order to terminate a conflict not of an international character, is where they should implement all these mechanisms so that it can comply fully agreed in the agreements. All persons who are involved in this process should take into account the provisions of the Constitution, the government should be manager and to implement all possible strategies that are not in vain the effort and will all face this situation that has taken the country for more than five decades.     Abstract

    En Colombia las entidades públicas se han caracterizado por asumir posturas gerenciales que no son eficientes, los resultados se ven reflejados en la percepción que hoy día siente la sociedad, la poca credibilidad y mala imagen son las características más comunes en cuanto a la mayoría de la entidades estatales: Sin embargo, la posición de los servidores públicos debe estar encaminado en mejorar esa percepción a través de la experiencia de la labor que desempeñan a diario y desarrollándolas por medio del aprendizaje académico. Todos esos aportes se deberán ver reflejados en el desarrollo de mecanismos e implementación de herramientas que aporten ideas para mejorar esa percepción, de esta manera se podrán establecer planes de trabajo previos basados en el conocimiento adquirido en la academia, de esta manera se podrán ejecutar planes de acción frente a las políticas del gobierno nacional en cuanto la aplicación de las leyes las cuales hoy día se encuentran establecidas para brindar soluciones a la población Colombiana teniendo en cuenta el proceso de paz, que se está adelantando en la ciudad de la Habana por parte del gobierno y el grupo armado de las ―FARC‖ con el fin de dar por terminado un conflicto de índole no internacional, es allí donde se deberán implementar todas esos mecanismos para que se pueda cumplir a cabalidad lo pactado en los acuerdos. Todas las personas que se encuentren involucradas en este proceso deben tener en cuenta lo establecido en la Constitución Nacional, el gobierno debe ser gerente y dar aplicación a todas las estrategias posibles para que no sean en vano el esfuerzo y la voluntad de todos frente a esta situación que ha tenido el país por más de cinco décadas.
