This is why a formalization process takes place in front of urban policies to improve their living conditions where they are awarded mainly in road infrastructure and in some cases recreational areas, thus there is a lack of urban development characterized by poverty Urban For this reason, the need to understand and characterize urban marginality in the neighborhoods, the alpes and the southern cordillera in Bogota with informal origin, guided by the concepts of urban fabric as determinant of the built environment, and the natural landscape as the determinant of the empty territory Which provides for the ability to create spatiality, an urban habitat. The above concepts will be established as a basis for carrying out the research and development of the project where urban marginality is taken as a starting point for theoretical understanding.     Abstract

    La urbanización en Colombia desde mediados del siglo XIX tuvo gran crecimiento y diversidad, siendo más intensivo a finales del siglo, por consiguiente, se han generado fenómenos sociales y urbanos debido a la deficiencia de oportunidades en unidad habitacional, recursos básicos y servicios urbanos, además de problemas de violencia que ha causado desplazamiento hacia los centros urbanos, Bogotá como la capital se convierte en la principal centralidad. A partir de estos se han generado unos asentamientos informales los cuales están en contrariedad al sistema formal político, no solo no es reconocido como parte de la ciudad de manera normativa, sino que no cuenta con una planificación que satisfaga las necesidades básicas espaciales y de servicios. Por lo cual surge un proceso de formalización frente a las políticas urbanas para mejorar sus condiciones de vida donde se hace una adjudicación principalmente en infraestructura vial y en algunos casos de áreas recreativas, por ende, existe una falta de desarrollo urbano que se caracteriza por una pobreza urbana. Por ello surge la necesidad de comprender y caracterizar lamarginalidad urbana en el barrio cordillera sur en Bogotá, el cual cuenta con un origen informal, guiado por los conceptos de tejido urbano como determinante del medio construido, y el paisaje natural como la determinante del territorio vacío que prevé la capacidad de crear una espacialidad, un hábitat urbano. Los anteriores conceptos se establecerán como base para la realización de la investigación y la elaboración del proyecto donde la marginalidad urbana se toma como partida para la comprensión teórica. Asimismo, para alcanzar los objetivos se estimó como metodología el urbanismo bioclimático de la firma Andres Duany y Plater Zyberg, donde lo han consolidado como una teoría para el diseño, se busca un diseño urbano más eficiente y menos contaminante.
