En la propuesta se plantea restaurar la quebrada las Delicias y articularla con la Carrera Séptima a la altura del barrio Bosque Calderón Tejada, debido que a lo largo del tiempo con el crecimiento urbano que tuvo la ciudad se ha visto perjudicada y no se le dio la importancia que como fuente hidrográfica debería tener para Bogotá, por esta razón se toma como referente al arquitecto Rogelio Salmona con su intervención en el Eje Ambiental en donde trata de recuperar el cauce natural que tenía el rio San Francisco, la idea es recuperar el cauce natural desde la Carrera Tercera que es el lugar en donde se canaliza hasta la Carrera Séptima, además de volver la quebrada las Delicias un hito para la cuidad en donde las personas vayan a peregrinar no por devoción si no por el atractivo que genera este lugar, el propósito de hacer esta intervención hasta la Carrera Séptima parte de escuchar y ver las problemáticas que tienen los habitantes del barrio Bosque Calderón Tejada en temas de accesibilidad y de conexión con el transporte público. Por otro lado se pretende interconectar la cuidad con los cerros orientales a partir de criterios culturales.
Abstract
In the proposal it is proposed to restore the brook Delicias and articulate it with the career Seventh to the height of the neighborhood Bosque Calderón Tejada, due to that over time with the urban growth that had the city has been harmed and was not given the Importance that as a hydrographic source should have for Bogotá, for this reason is taken as referring to the architect Rogelio Salmona with his intervention in the Environmental Axis where he tries to recover the natural channel that had the river San Francisco, the idea is to recover the natural channel From the Third Race that is the place where it is channeled until the Seventh Race, in addition to returning the brook the Delicias a landmark for the city where people go to pilgrimage not for devotion but for the attraction that generates this place, the Purpose of making this intervention until the Race Seventh part of listening and seeing the problems that have the inhabitants of the neighborhood Calderón Bosque Accessibility and connection with public transport. On the other hand it is intended to interconnect the city with the eastern hills based on cultural criteria.
