Una gran parte de las empresas, sin importar su objeto desean contar con una organización en todos sus departamentos de trabajo para garantizar un buen desempeño, en el caso de Martínez & Rodríguez Ltda., se realizará su respectivo análisis para la implementación del modelo gerencial más adecuado con el objeto de mejorar en todas sus áreas. Inicialmente se desarrollará un diagnóstico de tipo descriptivo de la empresa por medio de la Matriz EFI – EFE, y mediante una serie de encuestas a los siguientes departamentos: gerencia, administrativo, técnico y recursos humanos. Después de contar con los resultados se sus falencias, se plantearán tres modelos gerenciales diferentes, en donde posiblemente se pueda mejorar el estado actual de Martínez & Rodríguez Ltda.
Abstract
A large part of the companies, regardless of the subject they wish to have an organization in all departments working to ensure a good performance, in the case of Martinez & Rodríguez Ltda their analysis be conducted to the implementation of the most appropriate management model in order to improve in all areas. Initially, a descriptive diagnosis of the company will be developed through EFI Matrix - EFE, and through a series of surveys to the following departments: management, administrative, technical and human resources. After counting the results are its flaws, three different management models will arise in where you can possibly improve the current state of Martinez & Rodríguez Ltda.
