    Abstract

    Una de las prioridades apremiantes de las pequeñas y mediana empresas debe ser la implementación y ejecución de un programa o modelo gerencial que oriente desde su establecimiento el direccionamiento de su organización en la búsqueda de un crecimiento armonioso y eficiente desde los aspectos financieros, recurso humano y rentabilidad para sus socios. El presente proyecto busca realizar la evaluación y análisis de los procesos gerenciales y operativos de la empresa CAINA CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.S. mediante la aplicación de herramientas evaluativas gerenciales que identifiquen de manera explícita las fallas y/o debilidades que presenta la empresa; así mismo se plantearan tres diferentes modelos gerenciales, como medio para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto en el diseño de un modelo gerencial estratégico para Caina Construcciones; Se realizara un diagnóstico de la empresa de tipo descriptivo, en su desempeño administrativo, operativo y su entorno de negocios presente y futuro. A través de la matriz MMGO y encuestas al personal administrativo, operativo y clientes actuales que servirá de base para determinar el estado actual de las áreas gerencial administrativo y operativo de CAINA CONSTRUCCIONES S.A.S.
