The peasant population in Colombia lives in precarious conditions where basic housing needs are not met, according to the Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLAC), impeding the economic and infrastructure development of the country's rural sector. As a result, the National Planning Department (DPN), within its standard solutions of type projects, implements a model of Rural Social Interest Housing, which presents a rigid design that does not adapt to the diversity of cultural, physical and Of Colombia. Based on the heterogeneity of the Colombian population and understanding the complexity of geographic and socio-cultural diversity, it is proposed to emphasize the development for this research within the warm weather thermal floor, applied in the San Miguel village of the municipality of Puerto Gaitán in the department of Goal, as a verification methodology, will also establish an objective population, where spatial differences are the answer to the needs of each user, within the territorial determinants, responding to a materiality according to the context and the constructive systems, improving the quality of life Of peasants and reducing costs and environmental impact. Therefore it is proposed to implement a guide that identifies the guidelines for developing flexible and adaptable housing, which will result in a different alternative to the housing model of the TLD where minimum housing conditions are taken into account and socio-cultural, economic characteristics And geographical characteristics of each population, characteristics that are presented in other thermal floors but must be managed differently from the above mentioned characteristics, variables that morphologically and spatially define the design decisions for each territory.spa
