La Estación Bimodal Ecoturística Monruta en el municipio de Cáqueza Cundinamarca es una necesidad debido a la segregación socio-territorial que tuvo el municipio luego de la concesión vial Bogotá-Villavicencio, el proyecto organizará las diferentes empresas de transporte público para así generar mayor comodidad en los turistas y comunidad en general, está ubicada estratégicamente dentro de un eje cultural, comercial y central; generando un eje lineal que intensifica la actividad turística dentro del casco urbano, interconectando el Cerro Monruta con la capilla Santa Barbara mediante la implementación del cable aéreo. Debido a que el predio está localizado en el borde occidental del casco urbano, en el pie de la montaña; permite que la propuesta se emplace bajo el concepto y la teoría de topografía operativa, el cual busca integrarse de forma armónica con el terreno y las condiciones del mismo. El desarrollo de esta tesis se realizó mediante el análisis planimétrico, salidas de campo y entrevistas con los habitantes, permitiendo tener mayor claridad en la solución de dichas problemáticas. Con la implementación de la estación se logrará un mayor control del transporte público en el municipio, mejorar la calidad del servicio a la población y una adecuada organización municipal, por medio del ecoturismo, aprovechando la oferta cultural con la que cuenta Cáqueza.
Abstract
The Bimodal Monruta Eco Tourist Station in the municipality of Cáqueza Cundinamarca is a necessity due to the socio-territorial segregation that the municipality had after the Bogotá-Villavicencio road concession, the project will organize the different public transport companies in order to generate greater comfort in tourists and the community in general, is strategically located within a cultural, comercial and central axis; generating a linear axis that intensifies tourist activity within the urban area, interconnecting the Monruta Hill with the Santa Barbara Chapel through the implementation of aerial cable. Because the property is located on the western edge of the town, at the foot of the mountain; allows the proposal to be implemented under the concept and theory of operational topography, which seeks to integrate harmoniously with the terrain and its conditions. The development of this thesis was carried out through planimetric analysis, field trips and interviews with the inhabitants, allowing greater clarity in the solution of these problems. With the implementation of the station will achieve greater control of public transport in the municipality, improve the quality of service to the population and a proper municipal organization, through ecotourism, taking advantage of the cultural offer that has Caqueza.
