La propuesta para la Sede permanente de la Orquesta Filarmónica de Bogotá (OFB) se enfoca en desarrollar un proyecto arquitectónico que brinde las características adecuadas para el desarrollo y difusión de la disciplina cultural musical de la ciudad de Bogotá. Este proyecto surge de la necesidad en dotar un espacio propio para que la OFB opere de manera autónoma en sus propias actividades. De acuerdo a lo planteado, el lugar propuesto plantea ser el principal espacio de encuentro para los músicos en formación que participan de los centros orquestales que ha promovido la administración distrital. De la misma manera, ofrecer a la ciudad un lugar con un auditorio generoso en espacio y calidad acústica, que invite a los bogotanos, incentivados por la oferta musical tradicional de la OFB, a sentirse más cercanos a su orquesta y a todo el potencial cultural que allí se producirá.
Abstract
The proposal for the Permanent Headquarters of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogotá focuses on developing an architectural project that provides the characteristics of the development and dissemination of the musical cultural discipline of the city of Bogotá. This project arises from the need in an own space for the OFB. According to what was planted, the place appears as the main meeting place for the musicians in the formation that the orchestral centers participate that the district administration has promoted. In the same way, to offer the city a place with a generous audience in the space and the acoustic quality, to invite the Bogota people, encouraged by the traditional musical offer of the OFB, to feel closer to their orchestra and to all the potential cultural that will be produced there.
