El proyecto de grado acá presentado se ubica en un polígono o sección que hace parte del Barrio Guadalupe de la UPZ (Unidad de Planeamiento Zonal) 45 Carvajal contenido en la localidad de Kennedy de Bogotá D.C, esta zona es actualmente afectada por una serie de problemas que no solo afectan al barrio sino que el impacto de estos son a gran escala, por las actividades comerciales hay realizadas (a saber, comercio cárnico) y por su cercanía con la vía principal que comunica el sur de la ciudad (la Autopista Sur), además de su colindancia con el Rio Tunjuelito que a pesar de ya estar contaminado al paso por la zona, las actividades realizadas y el mal empleo de las mismas ha aportado a su contaminación. Teniendo en cuenta que durante más de 60 años la zona en cuestión ha permanecido en esta situación, se propone realizar un proyecto que actúe bajo el marco normativo particular por medio de la implementación de un proceso de renovación urbana en modalidad de redesarrollo que permita cambiar la percepción negativa de esta zona.
Abstract
The project of degree presented here is located in a polygon or section that is part of the Barrio Guadalupe of the UPZ (Zonal Planning Unit) 45 Carvajal in the Kennedy area of Bogotá DC, this area is currently affected by a series of problems that not only affect the neighborhood but the impact of these are on a large scale, by commercial activities have been carried out (namely, meat trade) and by its proximity to the main road that connects the south of the city (Autopista Sur), in addition to its border with the Tunjuelito River, which despite being contaminated by the passage through the area, the activities carried out and the misuse of them have contributed to its contamination. Taking into account that for more than 60 years the zone in question has remained in this situation, it is proposed to carry out a project that acts under the particular regulatory framework through the implementation of a process of urban renewal in the form of redevelopment that allows changing the negative perception of this área.
