The department of Antioch was one of the affected departments more because great percentage of their municipalities had presence of these groups, producing the development of breaches between urban and the rural thing, the marginalization of territories, and the developing infrastructure deficit and services public in this countryside. One of the affected municipalities more was Urrao, this it is the second greater municipality of Antioch and the main nucleus of activities of the Antiochian southwest; which has undergone the repercussions that I leave the conflict armed; at the moment it counts on great deficit in aspects like Health, education, production generating territorial and social segregation. In spite of this, Urrao is the main producer of agricultural product as they are it the Avocado, the Gulupa and the Frijol, basing his economy on the production and export of these, nevertheless, the territorial marginalization has taken to that the municipality has a low development of areas destined to the agricultural production, which with takes to that the producing farmers must soon transfer their products towards other departments and if to commercialize increased them the production costs.     Abstract

    El conflicto armado en Colombia afecto principalmente el área rural, influyendo en aspectos como como lo son el desplazamiento, las víctimas, los cultivos ilícitos, y la segregación de territorios, siendo la población campesina la más afectada; todo esto genero un bajo desarrollo rural ya que, al ser lugares manejados por grupos armados, el estado no intervenía en el campo. El departamento de Antioquia fue uno de los departamentos más afectados debido a que gran porcentaje de sus municipios tuvieron presencia de estos grupos, produciendo el desarrollo de brechas entre lo urbano y lo rural, la marginalización de territorios, y el déficit en desarrollo de infraestructura y servicios públicos en estas zonas rurales. Uno de los municipios más afectados fue Urrao, este es el segundo municipio más grande de Antioquia y el principal núcleo de actividades del suroeste antioqueño; el cual ha sufrido las repercusiones que dejo el conflicto armado; actualmente cuenta con grandes déficits en aspectos como Salud, educación, producción generando segregación territorial y social. Pese a esto, Urrao es el principal productor de insumos agrícolas como lo son el Aguacate, la Gulupa y el Frijol, basando su economía en la producción y exportación de estos, sin embargo, la marginalización territorial ha llevado a que el municipio tenga un bajo desarrollo de áreas destinadas a la producción agrícola, lo que con lleva a que los productores campesinos tengan que trasladar sus productos hacia otros departamentos y luego si comercializarlos incrementado los costos de producción. Así mismo el bajo desarrollo ha afectado el acceso por parte de la población a servicios como lo son la educación, salud, cobertura de servicios básicos, es por ello que vemos necesario una intervención para el desarrollo del municipio por medio de estrategias de planificación territorial que complementen y potencien el desarrollo del suelo, potenciando el territorio a través de las dimensiones de sostenibilidad, equidad y competitividad
