Este trabajo está encaminado a profundizar sobre la Víctima en la Justicia Transicional, tanto en su concepto general como en cada una de las leyes que se dieron como resultado de los acuerdos de Paz en Colombia. Como Planteamiento del Problema se formula la siguiente pregunta: ¿Realmente sí se han materializado los Derechos de las Víctimas en la Ley Transicional? El reto al desarrollar este trabajo es encontrar que estas leyes estén reparando a las víctimas del Conflicto armado
Abstract
This paper is focused on talking deeply about the Victims in the Transitional Justice, in the general content as per each one of the laws that are a result of the peace treats in Colombia. As the problem statement, the following question is formulated: Have the rights of the victims really been materialized in the Transitional Law? The challenge to develop this work is to find that this laws are repairing the victims of the armed conflict
