Resumen
Were the great men of antiquity - generals of the Roman Republic, Alexander the Great, later Roman Emperors- masters of grand strategy, or is this a modern concept with no application to the ancient world? Reflections on Macedonian an Roman Gran Strategt presents different answers to this question based on the critique of modern and ancient sources, the search for an ancient battlefield, and the evidence provided by ancient sundials.
