El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio del derecho penal procedimental que se ha convertido a lo largo de estos años en el epicentro de cambios normativos constantes en nuestro país, de ahí que se pueda afirmar que pasamos de un proceso penal inquisitivo a uno de tendencia oral acusatorio, cuya finalidad fue el respeto por las garantías constitucionales, los derechos humanos y sociales propios del individuo que presuntamente ha menguado su comportamiento social, incurriendo en alguna conducta tipificada en la norma sustancial penal y que conlleva como consecuencia de sus actos, en caso de ser hallado culpable, una pena, bien sea, privativa de la libertad, restricción de derechos políticos y la reparación o indemnización a las posibles víctimas por el daño causado
Abstract
The present work takes as an object the study of the procedural criminal law that has turned throughout these years into the epicenter of normative constant changes into our country, of there that could steady that we happen from a penal inquisitive process to one from oral trend accusatory, whose purpose was the respect for the constitutional rights, the human and social own rights of the individual who allegedly has diminished his social behavior, incurring some conduct typified in the substantial penal norm and that he carries as consequence of his acts, in case of finding culprit, a sorrow, good is, exclusive of the freedom, restriction of constitutional laws and the repair or indemnification to the possible victims for the caused hurt.
