And the why? in the researched fact.In our research define the criminal type;; It is a guilty homicide, the legally protected good;; infringed, we identify the victim, perpetrator, the fact criminal impact in the society and the forensic discipline that provided us to the investigation, forensic toxicology. This science, is characterized by identifying toxic substances in the body of a person, thus determining causes of death. In this way, the performance of the expert is reliable, carried out by a technical-scientific process of high quality;; which gives credibility in the Judicial investigation. This process generates a knowledge, which materializes in an expert opinion, which then becomes proof to clarify the research
