La prueba Judicial es una institución de carácter Constitucional para la protección integral de los derechos de las personas que se encuentran inmersos en un proceso Judicial, esta brinda seguridad Jurídica cuando se es aportada dentro de los momentos procesales por las partes en el caso en particular la prueba Genética practicada a las muestras recolectadas a la víctima y a la escena de una actuación delictiva, es una prueba de carácter científico en el cual se obtienen unos perfiles genéticos del probable agresor, esta muestra tiene todo un desarrollo científico como jurídico ya que cada paso para durante su análisis y aporte al Juicio oral y público debe tener una característica técnico científica
Abstract
The Judicial evidence is an institution of constitutional status for the comprehensive protection of the rights of people who are involved in a legal action, provides legal security when it is provided within the procedural time by the parties in the case especially genetic test carried out on samples collected to the victim and the scene of a criminal act, is a scientific test in which a genetic profiles obtained probable aggressor, this show has a whole scientific development as legal as each step during their analysis and contribution to public trial must have a scientific technical feature. Therefore this research aims to illustrate what the scientific tests conducted on samples, which is the end of the test and how to obtain a genetic profile is obtained from DNA of a potential sex offender and Physical Evidence And elements, evidentiary materials that leaves the stage where the possible offense
